Our Food

“Change happens by making something

so delicious and so affordable, everyone chooses it”

-Josh Tetrick, Hampton Creek

We love pulses and have concentrated on dishes in which pulses are the main ingredient.  Why pulses?  Pulses are great at carrying bold flavours.  Their density and texture makes them satisfyingly filling and a good substitute for meat.  They are highly nutritious, rich in protein, fiber, vitamins and minerals, and low in carbs.  Pulses can be prepared fresh in big pots to feed the multitudes … the perfect festival food.  And pulses keep fresh in the fridge and can be easily reheated at home for a quick and delicious meal.

There is an incredible variety of pulses out there with different textures and flavours. At Bean Bros! we are constantly trying out new recipes inspired by cooking traditions all over the world. So far these are our favorites –
